Items, made to order, in a size of preference, are seen as personalized orders and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items are gift wrapped at no extra charge. 
We can also ship direct to your gift recipient & add a little note, if you wish so please write the message you want to be included in the 'message to seller' when you check out.

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our work, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

In the unusual case that there is an issue with the item received: quality/ production mistake, please send a message + picture attached, within 24 hours of delivery to find the best solution. If a return is approved, the item should be shipped within three working days, in the original condition, the shop's shipping fees refunded.
